Looking at a wide range of resume services, our pricing ends up somewhere in the middle. Many resume writers charge more then $300 for the same work that we do at $149. As far as those offering professional resumes for $29 or $49, we certainly have to question the quality of that service.
We are proud to be a U.S. company located in Michigan and serving all of North America and do not outsource any of our work overseas.
1.2 What resume writing associations are you part of?
We have traditional resume writers on staff including certified resume writers from varying organizations, we are also a member of the PARW\CC. 1.3 How long does it take to have my resume finished?
Often we can have a resume done in 1-3 days but at times, during certain marketing events, we get rushed with many orders which could push a finish date out to 2-4 days. Most of the time we can have one done in less than 48 hours M-F.
Not necessarily, but they can be extremely helpful in many cases. The issue is how you use a cover letter - which most people do incorrectly. When using a great cover letter in the correct way you will entice someone to read more of your resume while also giving you a clear path on how to actively pursue the position rather than taking a passive stance.
2.1 What payment options do you have and do you offer refunds?
We use the worlds most popular payment processor PayPal. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard. Discover, American Express or use other funding options if you already have a PayPal account. If you plan on paying by check via mail, please email us noting you want to pay this way and what services you plan to purchase so we can book you in the system to begin work.
Refunds can be issued under certain circumstances such as if work has not begun on your project, if something has changed and you would like to cancel your order please contact us ASAP before we assign the project to a writer.
